Every game has its own 100-puzzle ladder, from First steps and Gentle through Steady, Challenging, Advanced, Expert, Master and Extreme.
Number puzzles are ordered by a measured effort score: dependency rounds, hidden singles, and the candidate choices left when look-ahead is needed. Larger boards join the arithmetic, inequality and Kakuro ladders. Each number puzzle has one verified solution.
Minesweeper uses 100 distinct 9×9 fields, progressing from 6 to 30 mines with a safe center opening. Denser fields generally demand more care; some may require guessing.
Difficulty is an estimate, not an exact human ranking. Equal scores and neighboring puzzles may feel similar. Your progress is saved separately for every puzzle number.
